Dear Michael:
I wanted to write to you regarding the Health Care Aide Program you taught me over a year ago and
give you my thoughts on the changes in my employment and self-esteem as a result of the course. The most obvious result and
easiest to measure is that I am employed with Central New Brunswick Nursing Home & Mount Saint Joseph and enjoying my
work. Thanks to your knowledge & compassion and showing me the skills I needed to work in this caring and giving setting.
Having you as a trainer was a very positive experience and would not hesitate to tell any of my friends who were thinking
of going into this field of employment to be sure and look you up for the very best training.
Once again thank
you very much and wishing you all the success you deserve.

Dear Michael
Making a career
change was a big decision. Deciding to take my course at Miramichi Health Training Centre was the best decision.
The atmosphere is welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring, and they have the equipment to train you in a hands-on environment.
You are treated with dignity and respect always and it is stressed daily how important it is to transfer these qualities
into your work.
This course enriched me in both personal growth and earning learning potential and
I am now employed in a field that gives me personal satisfaction daily.

In
April 2009, as a person with a learning disability; I enrolled in the Personal Support Worker course, which was the smartest
thing I ever done for myself. What I ws taught in this course really helped me in my workplace. It provided me with the confidence
and training to care for the people I work with. The instructors are very kind and patient and were always available to assist
me in any way with my learning. I feel the cost for this training is very cost effective for the learning provided. I am glad
to say I will be graduating in September, 2010 with the Personal Support Worker certificate.

My experience at Miramichi Health Training Centre was a very positive one. The owners and staff
here helped me so much in achieving my goal of becoming a personal support worker. The education, training and skill development
I received as a student here greatly prepared me for the work force. Shortly after completing the program I became employed
at horizon Health Network Miramichi Zone 7 as a PCA1.
